THE OFFICIAL SOD TURNING FOR EVANS HEAD

The development of Thyme Lifestyle Resort Evans Head is underway with the turning of the first sods on 4th May.

We were excited to see Councilor Robert Mustow, Mayor of Richmond Valley Council, Serenitas CEO Rob Nichols and future homeowners, Don & Rosemary Lanarch turning the first sod for civil works at our newest development.

The lifestyle resort for over 50s will include modern architecturally designed homes and resort-style facilities including state-of-the art Clubhouse where homeowners can enjoy opportunities to socialise and build community support, set just moments from the beach, Evans River and other hidden gems.

Don & Rosemary Lanarch who are set to become one of our first homeowners at Thyme Evans Head said, ‘We are so excited to move into a new home with an easier lifestyle, with less maintenance. The most exciting thing for us is that Thyme Evans Head has homes with RV garages so we can store our mobile home undercover.’

It is not only homeowners that will benefit from the $50 million dollar lifestyle resort, this development will also boost regional jobs and the local economy.

There has already been overwhelming interest in Thyme with over 20 future homeowners placing deposits, and we look forward to welcoming them to our community when Stage 1 homes and the Display Village is completed later this year.

Expressions of Interest are now being accepted for homes of Thyme Lifestyle Resort Evans Head. To make an appointment with Tracey call 1300 070 928.
